Hi all,
Would anyone know the recommended pixel sizes of Shape images? Also, this would be the same question for videos uploaded onto Shape. Vertical/Horizontal axis ratios would be good as well.

Additionally, would anyone know the maximum file sizes we can upload?

Hello @joao.celestino,

Please to e-meet you, I'm Alberto the product manager of Shape.

Here are some information about the assets you can upload in Shape

Recommended Asset Sizes:
 854 by 480 pixels
 1280 by 720 pixels
 1920 by 1080 pixels

Minimum Width: 700px.

Recommended Aspect Ratios:

16:9 and 4:3.
Tip: By default assets will fill the player's background. If you have vertical assets or screen-shots that need to be clearly visible, in the editor you can specify to fit the player and keep the asset's aspect ratio.

Recommended Specs: maximum file size 20MB, a Shape is split into scenes and each has a maximum duration of 60 seconds. You can upload videos longer than a minute but they will get cut-off at 60 seconds.

Let me know if that helps!

Alberto
