Hi everyone,
We just moved along with leveraging duplicate groups for the first time and we had a problem we seem to be running into unexpected mappings that are happening when we map by hand a group to a learning plan.
Has anyone else run into that?
I have 15 people in a group that I mapped this morning - it some how brought in 81 people. I am now going to be doing service recovery for a better half of the morning.
Any ideas other than put in a ticket.
(I promise I am taking my regular meds this morning - lol 😁).
