Duplicate users in third party SCORM seats

Hi Docebo Community,

Anyone having duplicate users in their third party content provider account?

Docebo was using Docebo User’s ID during SCORM course launch, now Docebo is using username/email. Causing duplicate user accounts created in third party seats.


It is affecting all of our users and it maxed out the third party seats.
