Is there a way to set up an email notification to go out when an employee is enrolled in a class without having to add every new course to the “notification” rule? That is so cumbersome. I appreciate your help!
The Enrollment notification allows you to set it for “All courses” with this setting, all new courses added to the LMS automatically become part of this notification group. In order to control WHO gets what version of the notification, you then need to set the filter by Group or Branch.
In essence, you would have multiple versions of the same notification but filtered so they are only sent to those belonging to the group or branch you designate in the settings.
