I am working on building my health and safety training platform from docebo. I have all our employees added as users, but they do not know they have been added. However, when I assign an employee an ILT it sends them a notification saying XYZ has been enrolled into a course.

 

For the moment I only want to enroll the employees into the course but not send them notifications. Is this possible?

You would have to turn off the notification (or exclude the course from it) > enroll the users. Note that if it’s a large amount, it’ll start a background job (can be viewed under Admin Menu > Background Jobs) and you might want to wait until it’s done before reenabling the notification.

Just wanted to show the visual in the notifications area. The check boxes indicate if a notification is enabled. I would recommend searching for ILT to make sure you capture all the notifications you need to.
