We have a learning plan called “CFCS Certification nSelf-Study]” it has a validity date set for 365 days, and we use an enrollment rule to enroll learners in the learning plan. Up until this latest release, it set the validity dates correctly for the learners that were enrolled based on the enrollment rule.

Now, it is enrolling the user, but not setting the validity date - start and end of validity. Is this a known issue. If so, is there a resolution.

@cmartinez2024 Hello … if you can track the change to the latest release, that sounds like an unintended change (aka a bug). The best resolution is to reach out to support. I would not advise changing anything in your configuration at this time.

In prep for that support ticket, I’d recommend preparing a video on a test account showing the enrollment rule, the LP configuration, and the account creation process. The end of the video should show the lack of validity dates.

The other part of the prep is to create an .har file of the network activity. The exact steps for creating a .har file (assuming you aren’t familiar with this process) depends on the browser that you are using. I’d recommend googling “.har and <your browser>”. If you prep carefully, you can do both parts of this prep at the same time.

@KMallette Thanks so much for your feedback and suggestions! Yes, we submitted the ticket and seems to be a know issue that is being worked on.
