Is there a way to add external training AND have it generate a certificate for that courses, without adding an actual course they have to complete?
For instance, if my instructor is on site facilitating a class in person, can he later upload the list of students and have a certificate generated without them logging in to the course?
With external training app you can only ADD a certificate obtained at the external training site/vendor. You cannot associate a certificate you created in Docebo to these records. Docebo certificates can only one associated to courses and/or learning plans.
