Is there any expected time frame to receive these emails? We are testing it because we’d like to use it for things such as work from home agreements but so far haven’t received the email. It’s been a couple of hours.

 

Also, we use SSO, I’ve seen talk of using it instead, can anyone advise how to set that up?

I haven’t tested this in quite awhile but last time I did I got the emails pretty quickly (within minutes). Do you have delays receiving other notifications from Docebo? You might want to check your SPF record and DKIM are properly configured as that can cause issues with notifications being received. If those are fine, then I’d suggest you reach out to your IT to see if they can do a trace to see if the email is being blocked within your firewalls or security checks.


We generally get our notification quickly, but recently I have noticed a real lag! We have our DKIM configured, but I am working with our IT department to confirm SPF.

Not having DKIM configured can really slow down notifications being sent, including changing password requests.
