I can already see top line numbers for each course, but I want to get a deeper dive by branch/user. My custom reports functionality is erroring out, so is there a basic version that will deliver the data? Thanks.

Thanks for replying. I’m dabbling in there, but I notice that at the top level, with >5k users, the XLS export times out. Ever seen that?
Going in by branch, I can of course drill down. What I’d like is to download All branches | users | course status | dates. Then I can work my pivoting magic and arrive at my top users, courses by date(s).
Any ideas?
PS Does the New Reports button error out for you?
+10that’s a relatively small report and should not time out. Perhaps you are caught in the data lake issues that were going around a few months ago. I would suggest you log a ticket with support.
