I added a brief intro video that I wanted all employees to watch, however, it’s not showing as ‘complete’ in the status after they have watched, only ‘in progress’ - is there a setting I can select that will show the course as complete after watching it? It’s just a standalone video course, not part of a LP.

+10Is it a video file? It should mark complete once it's viewed thru to the end...did you let it play the entire way? Just tested with an MP4 file and it works as expected.
It was a Brainshark that was uploaded as a SCORM file. It was viewed until the end but it’s not marking as complete, only in progress.
+10you likely need to have a look at your SCORM file settings to make sure it’s set to track.
That was it! Such a simple fix, just went into the SCORM settings and now it’s showing complete. Thank you!!
I spoke too soon, I made the SCORM setting update but when I pulled up my own user profile, it shows the video as enrolled/in progress and not complete. Not sure what to do?
+10Did you reset your tracking data after you updated the package? You might also need to clear your cache, browser, etc. Sometimes it’s sticky.
