Hello All,

I’ve searched through Docebo support and this forum and I cannot find an answer to this question.

I want to set up an ILT Session Changed notification.  I am familiar with how to configure notifications and how to create the message with shortcodes.

My questions is….how do I set up the email message to show the original session date/time and the new session date/time?

Sadly there is no short code for this…

We use text in the subject line and body to explain this…example blow:

Subject: Your session details have changed

Body: The session you were booked for has been modified. The new date and time are listed below
