HI there,

 

The courses I am importing from LinkedIn Learning are not loading. 

I can get the courses from Content Marketplace, add them to a catalog and specific courses. However, when learners click on the thumbnail, get to the course, and click “Start Learning”, we receive 2 errors. The first is it cannot connect with LinkedIn.com. The Second is the page cannot be found. 

 

Can someone please provide support and troubleshooting steps for this issue?

We were told by LinkedIn Learning that we need to have the courses play in a new window, as that is all they support right now. Once we did that we stopped having this issue. You might want to give that a try!  You can do this by going into the Training Materials tab and editing the ASCII file, changing the view type to New Window. I know Mobile doesn’t support it, and I was told...basically that they’ll have to see what happens, which I’m not exactly excited for.
