We’re going to open a ticket with Support, but I was also curious if anyone else had experienced this issue - a few of our learners reached out today after receiving their digest email of courses in progress. One of their incomplete learning plans is showing up on the Completed page, even though one of the courses is still in progress. The courses due date was 3/31/24, but the course has a soft deadline, so they should still be able to access it.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to why the learning plan might be on the Completed page even though it’s not complete?
