I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.  I am wanting to run a report and see how many completions were earned by actual attendance vs by watching the recording.  I am not seeing any fields available that would give this information. Are we not able to tell how a learner earned the attendance?

We have this challenge, and we use the completion time data to tell if the learner attended and completed the session live or watched the recording after the session was over.  That’s the only thing we could come up with.  Using a filter on that field we can isolate those who watched the recording.  Hope this gives you an option.

If anyone has a better idea, I’m all in to hear about it.

If your Instrcutor or admin records attendance as Present or Absent, you can see this in reports and when a user is marked as absent but shows competed at the course level, you can then assume they watched the recording...not great but it works
