Issue with Deadlines Showing in Notifications

We’ve been creating notifications recently, but we’ve run into an issue with the [expire_at] not generating the due date in the text of the notification.

We currently have the Days of Validity set to 21 days after enrollment. We also currently have the “soft deadline” set to on - could this be what is cause the [expire_at] to not work?

Hi @yeliah no, that would not be the issue. We use these a lot and have had no issues with this short code. Please check that you have if configured properly in your notification template. Does it appear as the tag itself or does the date not appear. at all? Can you see the “Active Until” dates on the Enrolment tab? This is the date that should be pulled into the notification.

If the ab one is all correct and the issue persists, you would need to log a ticket with support.
