I am wondering if anyone is experiencing issues accessing ILT & VILT via the Go Learn app?

As an organization, we are trying to offer more flexibility to our members so I started testing and I cannot make it to work. I followed all the instructions listed in the knowledge base articles including ‘Managing Webinar Tools for VILT Courses on Mobile’. - We are using Zoom. I have the zoom app downloaded on my phone--- but I am not getting the notification and the ‘join the webinar’ button to show up on the app. The notifications are displaying properly on the platform and via the email.  I tried setting up notification to display ‘at the time’ of the event and also 15 minutes prior to the event, and still no join button on the app. I know it is hard to troubleshoot from this minimal amount of information but maybe you have an idea about what am I doing wrong?
