Can a User complete a learning plan successfully if there is a course that is under maintenance?

Hi
I have tested and can confirm that a user will not be able to complete a Learning Plan if one of the courses is under maintenance. Learning Plans calculate based on how many courses are completed regardless of whether the course is currently available to the user or not. I hope this helps!
