Can I hide learning plan/course access from certain audiences while still leveraging a singular catalog

until I grant access?

Good morning @alex.driggs

Would it work to use the Admin>Course Management> (Course) >Advanced Settings>Catalog Options: Courser Visibility in Catalogs value to “Show the course only to enrolled users”?

Combine that with say, an enrollment rule, leveraging groups or a trigger action to auto-enroll and reduce administrative work?

@jason.moore Do you know of any way that we can do this on the learning plan level?

@alex.driggs Hello Alex,

My first thought is you might experiment with hiding the LP from the Catalog (Admin>Learning Plan>Settings> (deselect) “Show this Learning Plan in the Course Catalog” check-box,

and having an auto-enrollment in the Learning Plan as a condition of being enrolled into one of the courses in the Learning Plan.
