Hello, 

I am a SuperAdmin and would like to make another User a SuperAdmin because we have a SuperAdmin on leave. How exactly do I do that?

@Sgrullon12 You need to have the user created in the platform, and then simply edit the account and set the Level to Super Admin. By nature of this level, they will be assigned access to all users, all courses, all branches, etc.

I’d also recommend that you provide this person with the URL to your instance… https://<yourcompanyname>.docebosaas.com, rather than any custom URL.
