Hello,
I have a situation where an employee has access to authorisations for just one course but for the whole company, so they are assigned one course and the one branch (the branch being the whole company)
This person has recently become a manager themselves and so now needs authorising access for all of the courses we offer for their own team
However, due to the fact they have the whole company assigned to them, this brings through all of the outstanding approvals for all of the courses which is not ideal as they’re not able to quickly filter out the requests that their own team are submitting
I hope this makes sense
I’m interested to see if anybody else has had this scenario? Are there any work arounds or a better way of doing things?
