Is this the only way for managees to pick their manager?
For managers picking managees - it seems they can’t use the admin gear → users page to pick other power-users as managees. They can only do this from the my teams page. However, if someone has no managees or managers, the my teams page is hidden from their hamburger menu…
Anyone have good workarounds? We have 140k users and 0 org charting - yet.
Not all of our 580 member companies WANT mandatory manager selection, so the choice in the screenshot is subideal.
Also, for some orgs, we don’t have the manager created yet as a user, but their managees might log in...
