Hello,

Is there a way to track learners who need to retake a course after a specific time period, similar to how certificate renewals are managed for yearly or bi-yearly requirements? From what I understand, we receive notifications when a certificate needs renewal, but it would be beneficial to have the same functionality for courses. While auto-enrollment covers new hires, we also need a system to notify us when existing employees are due for retraining. Is there a feature in Docebo that can handle this?

you can do this if you use Enrolment Archiving AND have a preset Enrolment validity period in place on the Properties > Time Options

When you archive, you can choose “archive and re-enrol” once this runs the re-enrolment will act a new enrolment and apply the preset validity period. You can then use the “Course has expired” notification to alert your users of their impending due date (note that they will also have received an enrolment notification you can configure to include the “due date” and send the course expiry closer to the due date as a reminder to anyone who hasn't yet commented the course.)
