I am using the Branded Mobile app and am having difficulty downloading the scorm files. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue? 

 

I was able to download the first scorm but the second file is saying The Server could not provide the file download URL. 

 

Any idea how to fix this? I’ll put in a ticket too but I was hoping someone on here might know. 

 

In case anyone comes across this… the fix was to not let the screen go dark… 


Not sure if this is related; however, I had to log an urgent ticket yesterday as all our self-paced are not longer downloadable AND our users cannot move through their SCORM files without completing some lessons and some of those lessons are for downloads so...right now, the ticket has been escalated and I’m waiting a response.  As I mentioned, not sure if this could be related or not.
