Has anyone had an instance of a Branded Mobile App user getting stuck in offline mode? I tested two devices today in offline mode and both users cannot go back online.
For one of the devices I deleted the app completely and restarted the phone then redownloaded the app and it still will not go online.
My user can login on a mobile phone not through the app. And can login through GoLearn. It’s only the Branded Mobile App but it is happening with multiple users…
Is there any ideas why this is happening?
