Mobile Survey showing code only when submitted via Mobile

Hello, 

We use a survey in our courses, and it works fine on the desktop. On mobile, after the survey has been submitted, this is what the user sees. Does anyone have any ideas why there is the weird code info there or how to get rid of it?

@Starling Hello … that those weird codes are the HTLM and CSS used in the description of your survey. I’d wager a guess that there is a bug in the mobile view of surveys, so if you haven’t yet reach out to the Help Desk for resolution.
