Is there anyway to collect data on where users are clicking? What widgets they are accessing most often? Ideally, I would like to gain insights on what’s most used in the system to enhance our learners experience.

+3Sounds like a question for the Google Analytics folks.
+6Totally requires some analytics package added. If you just want some light work you could always add fake pixels using like a series of bit.ly links, one per page and widget that you want to track, insert the link as a 1x1 sized image at the bottom of the page or widget. This is very manual and I usually only use temporarily or for a very specific flow I want to track, but does work. It won’t give you crazy information, mostly did it get seen.
