Is anyone having trouble exporting reports from the New Reports section? Whenever we’re trying to do this it’s getting stuck on the ‘Creating Background Job’ message and won’t go any further.

Scheduled reports are working fine, it just won’t allow us to export directly from the LMS!

 

have not encountered this issue...sometimes resetting your browser can help


Thanks for you reply, it seems like it is an issue with our company’s proxy or firewall settings - they’ve been making some changes to the network this week and its had a knock on effect of causing issues with various hosted systems!
