New Reports - Training Material Time

It may all be held up by the larger notification improvements supposed to be released sometime this year  (fingers crossed) 

I have been asking for this for the last 6 months, as reporting in “seconds” is pretty meaningless to any manager I am sending information. Below is the same response I have received from multiple inquiries to Customer Support:

Seconds provide a more precise measurement, which is particularly useful for tracking short-duration activities and ensuring compliance with training requirements that demand exact time records.

I am not sure what “short-duration” training needs to be captured in less than 1 minute intervals, but I am hoping that people “upvote” this, as without this metric, I cannot send reports directly to managers (as it does not make sense to give a manager a report they have to manipulate with an Excel formula to get useful data)

Anyone agree here?

Which report has the training material time? I am looking at the Users - Training Material report and I do not see it.

Please note: I have been using the “New Reports” (which provide more flexibility for Sort Order, Column Order, etc.), but these do not allow to show Training Material Time in minutes - only seconds.

The legacy “Reports” functionality does not allow the flexibility to move columns or do more advanced sorting, but does have the “Training Material” displayed in a usable format (minutes).  

Unfortunately, these legacy reports have been slated to be discontinued for the last 2 years, and I have been told will be pulled soon.  So I have been lobbying not to lose functionality and information when all moves to the “New Reports”
