We are having trouble uploading the new SSL certificate and it looks like the docebo site is not accepting the new certificate.

 

Can anyone help?

@Glen.D.A  I'd suggest contacting support. They have relevant access and tools to investigate such issues. 

On my end I can tell, that I was updating our SSL certificate just a week ago, and all went well.
