New vs existing associate

Why does Docebo think someone is a new associate and assign them to learning plans when you change their title?  Is there a way to change a setting to differentiate between a new associate and a simple title or branch change?

    Think you would need to look at your Groups and Enrolment Rules to find the cause.

    I second lrnlab. This sounds like you have an automatic group criteria based on job title, and then you have an enrollment rule tied to the group.
