I noticed the ellipsis menu in the upper right corner of the New Course Page appears to be missing for ILT courses.

At first I thought it might be due to a CSS modification I made, but I have thoroughly checked. I also check the course settings and I have unenrollment enabled. Is there an additional new setting I am missing somewhere? If not, are there any plans to correct this?
