There is currently not a way to mark someone who did not attend a session.  When you mark their attendance absent, their enrollment status does not change.  Therefore they are not eligible to enroll in a future session and the administration will have to remove from the session, losing the enrollment data.  We would like to also track and report on the no show users.

Archive is not a status, but an action. check out this link:

It is kind of designed for exactly what you are asking. It saves the information about the user’s enrollment, moves it to the side so to speak, and then you can have the user re-enrolled back in restarted.

Can you archive the enrollment and use the re-enroll option when doing so, to retain the previous data, but allow them to enroll in a future session?

Which status is “archive”.  Will “suspended” work?  Can Suspended be repurposed to no show.
