Hi all,

 

We have our user import to automatically assign direct reports to their manager in the system which works well for the ‘my team’ page, however, there doesn’t seem to be a notification that can trigger when a new hire has been added to a manager’s team.

We were hoping to have a sort of ‘getting started’ guide to send out to managers the moment a new user gets associated with them as their direct manager in the system.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a way around this? Thanks!

Think the only notification for newly added users is the one called, User Has Been Created (By Administrator). It can go to users, PU’s and super admins but not managers. Not sure if it works with the CSV import though; we could not get it to work with an outside connector tool unfortunately. If it does work for you, could you ask a super or PU to forward to the manager? sadly it does not necessarily contain the branch the user is attached to so that might be a bit of a chore to find, etc.
