Morning - we run into a problem with leveraging observational checklists out in the field.
It is hard to get people beyond that their checklists that are laid out on a paper/pdf form are superior to what can be developed and leveraged in Docebo.
So instead of trying to pop that bubble? I wanted to see if anyone has tackled using PDFs and webhooks to trigger an observational checklist completion.
Ideally the system becomes the system of record for those PDFs - and we have some means of doing that with assignments.
But I am curious if anyone has tried to pop that bubble.
