Does anyone know if there is an option for a user to access while in Docebo that will let them unregister, deactivate, expire, or delete their own account if they no longer wish to be registered.

Short of asking your users to email a support group in your company, there is no way the user can deactivate their own account. Maybe you can create a widget or link somewhere on your pages where they can request it?

None that I know of.

I think the automation app has some options to do that based on the amount of time a user has been inactive and can expire the profiles on a specific day up to 30 days after they were identified by the app.

Thanks. I do use the Automation app to expire users who have been inactive for a set period of time. I’m still trying to determine a way for users to either deactivate their own account, or at least request it.

I’ve used an embedded form for this as well as other user account controls. It’s a form embedded on a custom page, on submit it triggers an API as a system admin account that deactivates, moves branches, and sends a confirmation email to user (with various folks cc’d)

Have more used this as a way to self declare a leave, enter reason, enter start/end date, etc.
