We have D,C + S enabled and are still in our pilot phase, so still learning what is possible. We cater to 3 audiences: customers, partners and employees, and allow all learners to create playlists. The issue we are facing is that the learners want to share their playlists with others, but for privacy/security reasons we can’t enable the “share with people in your channel and subdomain.” This means they can’t see anyone to share with, and we are getting questions about how they can do this. Am I missing something or is there no way for people to share playlists without the learner being able to see every registered learner?

you might try enabling Cohorts on your channels to keep the conversations between groups. You would need to set up a group of users that would likely share between themselves...Not sure this is the solution but it’s something to try.

@lrnlab These playlists will not be shared on public channels though, they are just Learner X’s personal channel. For example, a manager may select 3-4 courses they want to share with their team. We would have no way of knowing who these people are to create a corhort. Do you know if cohorts can be created for these personal channels?

don't think so as it’s a config option only on the Channel itself…

you might want to engage support in a chat to see if they can assist
