Hello,

Is anyone experiencing the same issues as me today?

I'm encountering a problem with my connection:

"Your connection is not private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from learning.exa.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID."

Despite my certificate being valid until August, I've tried using different browsers, but the same issue persists. Even after rebooting my PC, the problem remains unresolved.

I've submitted a ticket, and I'm hopeful that this issue will be resolved promptly.

Thanks,

Hi there,

Does your platform use a vanity URL? It may mean your custom URL is now no longer secured with an SSL.

You can check your URL here - https://decoder.link/sslchecker

You should be able to get to your platform via the SAAS URL which would be - https://platformname.docebosaas.com

From there you can login into the platform. Head to Domain Management and select ‘Managed by the Platform’ as an option. This will secure your site in the interim but I would advise a custom SSL certificate is purchased.
