Put Learning plans into categories

I don't see nay such options or Learning Plans...maybe post an idea for this?

Thank you, Irnlab! Idea portal is temporarily closed until September, I would submit after it’s open. 

I’m fairly sure there was an existing idea for this, and that I voted for it shortly before the Ideas Portal was closed. (I’ve been voting for a lot of Learning Plan ideas recently -- the recent refactoring managed to solve precisely none of my most pressing problems and instead added a new one.)

Thank you, Ian! I’ll vote for that too once the Portal is available.
