this is on my mobile app - the assets have teh CTA to RATE, then you can’t do anything from there - there are no stars to choose, etc. the RATE NOW does nothing
what’s going on - if this is broken, how do i turn rating off on mobile. makes zero sense

Hi Kim sorry to see you’re having difficulties with this. I think this might be a bug and would need to be addressed by support. Have you had other users test the feature to see if it’s occurring across different device types?

yes, i dont send the question unless i have a ton of other people test it - its causing a problem so please please forward it to support and let me know asap
