Hi all

Quick question - now that we can remove deactivated users from a group using the tick box in the groups settings, is there a way to apply this setting to all groups without having to go into each one and tick it, save and re-process each group?

Please tell me there is an easier way?!?

Just been told by support there is no way to do it in bulk. 😪

Definitely a job to be passed to someone else though - I can’t cope with that!

we are planning to sue this to create groups but havent tried it yet.

thanks @lrnlab - we don’t have the technical know how in our team to leverage APIs unfortunately, and those that have in IT have put it on the very long to-do list, but as the learning platform is not seen as business critical, we just get bumped to the bottom of the list every time 😫.

i’d love to learn how to do it all though as it seems a lot can be achieved from the APIs.
