Replacing/updating old content

Hi, please can someone point me in the right direction of replacing some exisitng course content. I have uploaded a document in word and just realsised that this can be edited by the learner which we don’t want. Do I have to delete the course and start again with the new .pdf version or is there a quick way to replace to word doc with the .pdf doc? Thank you.

HI @Isabel Jeynes you can delete the WORD doc and then add the PDF...no need to delete the course as it’s the container and not the content. Just keep in mind that you will probably communicate with your users if any of them have already opened the WORD doc, to let them know that they will need to view ut again (if that’s important for reporting purposes, etc.)
