Hello everyone,

We use Docebo with Salesforce and are having issues with the ‘Learning Plan Enrollment’ Completion not updating within Salesforce to match Docebo.  In Docebo, we have a learning plan with 7 courses.  For testing purposes I marked a user as having 2 out of 7 courses completed, let the auto-sync in Docebo run and it did populate the two Salesforce ‘Course Enrollments’ as completed.  The ‘Learning Plan Enrollment’ showed 28.57% as completed for this user.  Next, in Docebo, I marked the next 5 courses as completed and let the auto-sync run again.  However, the ‘Course Enrollments’ now got marked completed, but the ‘Learning Plan Enrollment’ still only shows 2/7 courses completed with a 28.57% completion.  I then manually did a re-sync and nothing changed.

 

Any ideas?
