Does anyone know why this error message and issue is occuring. I had recently updated Articulate to their newer version and this error started occuring when I had overwritten the Scorm. I have rolled back Articulate and republished the course to LMS scorm but it is still happening even when not overwriting a course but when adding as a new scorm and assigning to a new course. Thanks

 

@ChristineW Thank you for bringing your question to the community! I see from your support ticket that the behavior has resolved and may have been related to an Articulate update. I just wanted to check in that everything is going smoothly still 😊


@elliott.vickrey currently the courses are running ok but Articulate doesn’t seem to think it is their update as the updated version published courses work fine in ScormCloud and are still saying it is most likely a Docebo issue causing the communication issue with the Scorm.
