+2I purchased and loaded some new SCORM courses into Docebo. I set it up so they autoplay when the learner clicks on the course.
My testers are complaining about the wait time for it to load. Is there some setting or something I should be doing to improve this user experience?

+11There can be alot happening here - everything from bandwidth issues, to browser compatibility challenges. Can you try one in SCORM Cloud and see if it is acting the same way????
SCORM Cloud is free and will take you 5 minutes to setup an account. Once you move a course up there you will be able to understand more if it is Docebo as a platform is your issue OR if the SCOs are giving you a headache and they need some layer of reformatting.
