Hi everyone,

Our organization is setting up presentations for different groups (both virtual and in-person).  However, we won’t have set event times for these presentations; instead, we work with the group to find a time that works best for them. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation, and if so, how did you set it up?

Looking forward to your ideas!  I’m new to Docebo, so I’m keen to hear what’s worked for you.

HI @JenWalsh users will not be able to register themselves for session without event details (date/time)...I think the best you can do to capture interest would be enable a waitlist and communicate with those users once you list is large enough...you might also look at whether you can capture some information during the course enrolment by creating a custom (additional field) field where you could ask the users their preferred date/time.
