I have just created a Skill Set for Talent Management and added a set of skills to it.
Now what? How do I connect the Talent Development Skill Set with the users who need it? Or am I supposed to do something else with Skill Sets?

you will need to enable the Skills Channel and allow your users to self assess their skills, then you will need to tag your courses/content with Skills so that the recommendations work for your users. You may also need to set up the visibility rules for your Skill Sets if you haven't already. We haven't used them much to date so this is perhaps a little high level…
Also check your My Team view to makes sure the Manager Skills dashboard appears, etc.

I’ve got the Skills working. What I don’t understand is how the functionality of Skill SETS works. I can create a skill set and and skills to it, but what do I do with it then?
Are skill sets only for associating with an AI channel? It would be more helpful to be able to assign them to a job.
I think it’s more about organizing your skills and setting who can aces them via the visibility rules.
We have many sub domains and think the skill sets are a benefit for that since we can create different sets for each domain as needed. Assuming that in most organizations where competencies are a thing, not all business groups need to up skill on the same topics so organizing them and making them visible to targeted groups makes a lot of sense.
