Suggested Courses when a Manager enrolls their direct report

Hi Community,

I have a question about when a manager goes to the My Teams page and enrolls one of their direct reports into a course. They see some of the courses with Suggested next to it. What does Suggested mean? How does Docebo decide what to suggest? To my knowledge I haven’t set up anything to say which courses are suggested, so this is something Docebo is generating.

HI @ktbadham it should be the AI picking up clues from other courses but I have never been able to get a proper answer from support on how the AI actually decides what to suggest...so following this thread to see if others have any additional info or opinions. Note that the suggestions should become more poignant over time as it learns from the users habits and personal learning profiles.
