Hi all, We’re in the process of really getting to grips with our elearning compliance courses. (Say Compliance Course 1, 2 & 3)

We’re wanting a rolling plan throughout the year. Users split into 4 groups (Say Group A, B, C & D)

Group A will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in January

Group B will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in February

Group C will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in March

Group D will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in April

Group A will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 2 in May …. etc

What levers should we users that force completion for Group A to complete Compliance Course 1 in January? but if they haven’t done it in January they can still do this but know they have passed the deadline.

I think we’re wanting some kind of a countdown timer, (e.g. 27 days left to complete) including notifications via email.

If you wanted an actual countdown timer, can you put Group A into a docebo group, and give them a separate homepage from the others and either have a banner/image or grab a countdown clock from any of a hundred websites to embed with an iframe?

There is the due date functionality built in which you should do, but make sure to leave access on after, but was thinking more advertising big and bold on the home page.
