When we purchased Docebo, we created a custom integration using power automate etc to allocate and calculate training credits to individuals, additionally with the ability to spend them through external course requests OR across our internal workshop offering. This works well, huge improvement and is relatively simple.
However, the training credits pack is naturally of interest - trying to understand if this would be a better solution, out of the box.
Is anyone using the new feature through the eCommerce add-on?
Interested to hear thoughts! What’s your use cases? Have you replaced a different solution?
