We have recently determined that some of our training material needs to be organized into folders within the course.  I am struggling to reorganize the CLOR items into the folders without fully unlinking them and losing all of the existing completion/progress data.  Does anyone have a trick to moving content into a folder without impacting the reporting/statuses?  

For reference...I need to move both of the Performance Based Assessments (LTIs from the CLOR) into the Performance Based Assessments folder.  But I’m unable to drag/drop them into the folder as I expected I would be able to do.

OK.  After much trial and error.  I think I have figured out the drag and drop.  It doesn’t work intuitively.  Seems you have to take the cross hairs of the item and drag them to the folder in the grey area of the folder list - hover over the folder to drop into.  Rather than dragging/dropping onto the folder in the Training Materials list.  

 


Ohhh...thought you were talking about the CLOR organization not the course training materials...
